A P.A.T.H. was born out of a deep passion for helping those in our community who find themselves without a place to call home. Our founder, Jane Doe, experienced firsthand the challenges of homelessness and the struggle to find comprehensive care. This personal journey ignited a mission to create a haven that offers not just emergency shelter, but a pathway to a stable and independent life. What sets A P.A.T.H. apart is our unique three-level approach to care. We dedicate up to 120 days for each client at every level, providing emergency housing, rehabilitation homes, and transitional housing. This comprehensive support system ensures that our clients receive the time and resources they need to truly transform their lives. Our holistic approach and personal commitment to each individual's journey make us the only program in Louisville offering this depth of care and support.
